Return Policy

We offer a 5-day return or policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible, the item must:
• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Have the original tag intact and attached
• Be in its original packaging
• Be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Return instructions, including the return address or pickup details if required, will be provided after your request is approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.

If you receive:
• A damaged item
• A manufacturing defect
• A wrong product

Please submit a return request and upload clear photos or videos of the issue for verification.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized products

Refunds
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
• Banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the amount
